Finance for Expats is seeking an Office Administrator (m/f/d) to join our growing team in Hanover. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting various administrative and analytical functions, and contributing to our overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform internal data analysis and prepare detailed reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring that all key metrics are accurately tracked and presented.
- Reporting & Statistics Development: Enhance our reporting systems and develop new statistical tools to improve data-driven decision-making.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations by overseeing documentation and implementing necessary analyses.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving, particularly in areas of data analysis and documentation.
- Organizational Support: Provide essential support to the IT administration team, helping to manage administrative tasks and resolve issues efficiently.
- Project Management Support: Assist in project management with analytical insights, helping to drive successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Completed commercial training or a degree in a related field with some professional experience.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Language Skills: Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Personal Attributes: Highly organized, with a structured and independent work style. Must be solution-oriented, motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
