Expenditure assistance
Public grants or loans for owners of newly constructed, owner-occupied real estate. Under the provisions of the 2nd Housing Act (II. WoBauG), these are intended to help ease the burden after occupancy and are paid out in decreasing monthly installments over several years. Certain income and living space limits must be met for the expenditure assistance.
