New construction application
Written application to a building authority for a building permit. In order to initiate the building permit procedure with the building application, the following documents must be submitted:
– Site plan with calculation of living and usable areas, scale 1 : 500
– Construction drawings (ground plan, elevation and sectional drawings) on a scale of 1 : 100
– Calculation of the enclosed living space according to DIN 277, Part 1 (1987 edition)
– Drainage plansBuilding specifications
– Proof of liability insurance for the designer
– Proof of stability, thermal insulation and soundproofing
– Building application form signed by the building owner and the design draftsman authorized to submit the application.
