Building society loan
A subordinated construction loan granted by the bausparkassen for residential purposes. Depending on the tariff, the saver saves, for example, 40 % or 50 % of the building society sum and then receives a building society loan of 60 % or 50 % respectively. The advantage of building society loans is the relatively favorable interest rate on the loan. However, it should be noted that the encumbrance of the property by building society loans may not exceed 80% of its mortgage lending value.
