Acquisition costs
All costs incurred in the acquisition of a plot of land or property. These include the broker’s commission, court and notary fees, surveying costs and costs for land register entry and soil surveys. In the case of real estate not intended for owner-occupation, the acquisition costs can be deducted for tax purposes.
