Promotion of home ownership
In order to increase home ownership in the Federal Republic of Germany, government subsidies were set up to facilitate construction financing. On the one hand, this was made possible by the provision of public funds, guarantees or allowances. On the other hand, there is the possibility of claiming certain costs incurred during construction against tax.
