Maintenance & repair fund
Regularly payable lump-sum amount prescribed by the Act on the Ownership of Apartments and the Permanent Residential Right (Section 21 (5) WEG) for the repair of damage and defects to the common property. The amount to be paid by all co-owners depends on the living space of the individual condominiums. In general, it is between 0.8% and 1.0% p.a. of the production costs.
