Object restriction
Every taxpayer can claim the basic state subsidy for the construction or purchase of a property in accordance with § 10e EStG (Income Tax Act). However, this subsidy is generally limited to one property and can therefore only be claimed once in a lifetime. Spouses can therefore claim the subsidy for two properties.
