Capital-forming benefits
Savings benefits provided by the employer in accordance with the Capital Formation Act. These benefits are transferred directly by the employer to the employee’s investment account. Payments into home savings contracts and productive capital investments are subsidized by the employee savings allowance. The employee may request that the employer transfer the difference between the VL paid and the maximum amount of 40 EUR to the investment account at the expense of his or her salary.
