Preferential right of purchase
A right of first refusal is entered in the land register in section II. It secures the beneficiary the right, in the event of a sale to a third party, to purchase the property himself on the contractual terms negotiated between the seller and the third party. If he does not wish to do so, he must give his consent to the sale.
