Pre-contractual information
Pre-contractual information must be provided by both the lender and the loan broker to the consumer in good time before the contract is concluded in the form of a European Standardized Information Sheet. They serve as an overview and basis for comparison for the consumer. In addition, the loan broker must provide the consumer with his or her own pre-contractual information prior to the conclusion of the loan brokerage agreement.
