The “Housing Modernization” program was launched by the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW). It is intended to promote the renovation or modernization of owner-occupied homes by offering favorable loan conditions. If the measures reduce energy consumption, borrowers also receive a better interest rate. You can apply for this program through us.
