Right in favor of a third party to unrestricted use of a property to the exclusion of the owner. The right of residence may also be limited to a part of the building. The beneficiary is authorized to admit other persons to the dwelling. Costs of maintenance of the property such as taxes, public charges, repairs, etc. are borne by the owner.
